A career Army Officer and combat veteran with three decades in uniform, he served in roles as varied as Infantry officer, Military History instructor, Curriculum and Instructional Designer, Global Logistics Planner, Foreign Military Trainer, and Commanding Officer at multiple echelons of command.  A featured public speaker and published author, his passion for excellence empowers USParaLog’s unerring commitment to positive and ongoing process improvement.

Carole Kennedy, President/Co-Founder

A career Army leader, combat veteran, logistician and planner, she is a recognized leader / subject matter expert in Emergency Management, Exercise Development and Execution, global and deployed logistics,  mission planning, as well as materiel and maintenance management and accountability.  A thought leader in Federal Emergency Management for nearly two decades, Carole attention to detail and passion guarantees exceptional outcomes.
